Intellectual Property

The Firm deals with the law of intellectual property and advises on the issues of Patent, Copy Right, Trade Mark and Design and conduct cases on behalf of the clients in the courts of law.

The Firm also assists its clients to obtain necessary licence / permit from the government bodies and has capacity to defend its clients if their rights on the intellectual properties are infringed.

Advice on these intellectual property matters includes searching, filing and renewing trademarks and trade names, logos, design, obtaining patents and patent registrations and preventing the unauthorized use of client’s trademarks, trade names, logos and patents.

The Firm advises on issues relating to various infringements, such as counterfeit and piracy, and on the means of remedying those infringements.
