Project Finance

The Firm advises in the design and implementation of major project finance transactions.

Its work in this area has included legal structuring and the development of new forms of transactions to adapt internationally known structures to local legal requirements; development of bidding guidelines and legal administration of international public bidding processes; drafting of purchase agreements and other supply contracts forming the basis for the project financing; drafting and negotiation of other project documents, including security agreements, agreements among consortium members and agreements with suppliers and engineering, procurement and construction contractors; and negotiation and drafting of financing agreements.
